Half-Marathon Training....
I made it to 8 miles this past weekend running/jogging at about an average 10:46 minutes per mile (about 5.7-5.8 mph). I’m trying my ultra hardest to kill all intoxication and shisha smoking habits until after the race, but it’s SO HARD! I’m hoping to push myself to 9.5 miles this weekend, lessssdoit
